We accept cancellation of an order before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is canceled you will receive a full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product has already been shipped.

We accept returns of products. Customers have the right to request a return within 14 days of delivery of the goods. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. For the return we need a receipt or proof of purchase. Please contact our customer service to ensure you are sending the package to the correct address.
Custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for a 14-day refund. If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer should be responsible for the shipping cost. The amount of the fee depends on the express company you choose.
If, due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or incorrect, the consumer is not obliged to bear the shipping costs for this reason.
No restocking fee will be charged to consumers for returning a product;

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will email you an acknowledgment of receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit applied to your credit card or original method of payment automatically within a specified number of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
